Triangle of Jupiter, Venus and Crescent Moon

Tonight, hope that the sky is clear and make a point of going outside and looking to the west soon after sunset to see the close-knit triangle created by Earth's moon as a 15% crescent, Venus, and Jupiter. Here's a diagram showing where these 3 objects will appear in the sky:
