The moon will be shadowed by the Earth starting at 7 pm PST, although that is before the moon rises for people on the West coast. Viewing it will also be made difficult by storm cloud forecast to be in the area. Saturn and the Leo constellation star Regulus are supposed to be flanking the moon closely.
